Pour son site situé à Andenne, l’entreprise Puratos (secteur agroalimentaire) recherche un HR Officer.
Your Mission
As an HR Officer, you play a crucial role in our site’s success. Guided by the HR Business Partner, you manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring key processes are executed flawlessly.
What will you do?
- First Point of Contact: You’re the go-to person for our blue-collar workforce. You build trust by weekly presence on the floor in the different departments (Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, ….) so that you understand their needs and proactively address any issues.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: You manage hiring requests within budget, support recruitment efforts, and oversee new employee files. You’ll also handle onboarding and induction programs.
- Process Management: From performance reviews to talent assessments, you’ll collaborate with the business to ensure smooth HR processes for blue-collar employees.
- Training and Development: You identify training needs, organize relevant sessions, and register them in SAP. You’ll empower our team to grow and thrive.
- Administration and Reporting: You support the HR Business Partner with administrative tasks, maintain records, and generate reports and KPI’s
- HR Projects: You contribute to projects like satisfaction surveys and career path development for operators.
Who are we looking for?
- Academic degree: degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience (years & type of experience): a first experience of 3-5 years in HR is a must.
- You have a good knowledge of French and English (speaking and writing).
- You are fluent with MS Office, any hands on experience with SuccessFactors or SAP is a plus.
- You have a basic knowledge of Belgian labor law.
- You are a real Team Player and result-solution oriented.
- You enjoy working with and for people.
- You are empathic and inspire others with your enthusiasm.
- You manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
